Psychologist Sara Chatwin and the team at MindWorks offer strategies and therapeutic interventions to individuals, family members, teams and groups. People often seek advice and guidance from family members, friends and collegues in times of crisis. This can be helpful, and yet these perspectives can be biased. Talking to an impartial health professional creates a neutral starting point and allows you to view problems from a fresh and different angle.
The Team at MindWorks have designed several fresh and unique approaches that offer children and adults from all walks of life OPTIONS when dealing with issues that can often seem insurmountable:

This programme which runs for 3-5 45min sessions allows the participant to ‘get it all out’ and structure way to work their life ‘smarter not harder’.Psychological Spring Clean (PSC)
